What is the status of my order?
After shipment you will receive a confirmation stating the track and trace code. Not received? Send an email to [email protected]
There seem to be little snowflakes in my soap?
This can be caused by cold, as soon as the soap is at room temperature, the flakes will disappear.
Can I also pick up my order myself?
This is possible, but only if agreed in advance. Please note that if you are below the minimum order amount for free shipping, handling costs will be charged (these are of course lower than the shipping costs).
What payment options does Wellmark accept?
You can pay easily and securely via Ideal, credit card, Apple Pay, Sepa transfer, SOFORT banking, Bancontact, EPS and Giropay.
Can i cancel my order?
As soon as your order has been placed on our website, we will start working on it as soon as possible. It is therefore only possible to cancel your order for a short time. Contact us and we'll see what we can do for you.
My order was received damaged, what now?
Send an email (with photos) to [email protected] and we will provide a suitable solution.
The bottle of my choice does not have the desired text or pump color, what are the options?
Together we would like to see if we can fulfil your wishes, send an email with your adjustments/wishes to [email protected], take into account a slightly longer delivery time and a possible change in the price.
